Random Co runs limited-time experiments, pop-ups, and projects.

Purchases may include physical goods, digital goods, experiences, software, or intentionally “nothing.”

All products are sold as described at the time of purchase.

2. No Guarantees

These projects are experimental by nature.

We do not guarantee outcomes, future value, virality, continuation of any project, or interpretation of meaning.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the experimental and often digital nature of products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

4. Use of Funds

Funds support current and future Random Co projects.

Reaching or not reaching stated goals does not obligate Random Co to take any specific action unless explicitly promised.

5. Intellectual Property

All project names, designs, certificates, and content are owned by Random Co unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or resell them without permission.

6. User Conduct

We reserve the right to remove or ignore abusive, fraudulent, or automated activity, including bot purchases or leaderboard manipulation.

7. Changes & Termination

Projects may end, pause, or change at any time.

Random Co may discontinue operations at its sole discretion.

8. Liability

Random Co is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or interpretive damages arising from participation.
